Open Payments Compliance Made Easy
“Open Payments” is a federal program, required by the Affordable Care Act, that collects information about the payments drug and device companies make to physicians and teaching hospitals for things like travel, research, gifts, speaking fees, and meals. It also includes ownership interests that physicians or their immediate family members have in these companies. It is the responsibility of each company to report these payments. With Forums long history in simulation training at conferences and trade shows and working with the FDA for device approval, reporting your physician spend is second nature to us. Allow us to conduct a review of your last report. If you don’t have one, we really need to talk.
Forums currently has two active programs to promote your device, drug or medical service:
NATIONAL HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE
Hard working healthcare professionals often find it difficult to get education at an affordable cost. The National Healthcare Conferences are held to ensure that nurses get access to quality education at no cost to them. Nurses can participate in this one day conference where the mornings are filled with accredited courses to obtain required CEUs, while in the afternoon, you have the opportunity to introduce your new products. Let us incorporate your device, drug, or medical service into this strategic visibility program.
“SEA” NEW DEVICES
Cardiologists are busy. Finding the time to consider new products and services is often non-existent. “Sea” New Devices cruise was created to address this issue. This is the opportunity for meaningful exchange amongst Cardiologists, device manufacturers, pharmaceuticals, and medical services. Cardiologists have the opportunity to obtain valuable certifications while still making time for rest and relaxation. We have strategically built in the balance; come sail with us.
